Who We Are
BOOSTfit is a completely unique award winning fitness business, designed to bring you Dance Fitness and Mind BOOSTing exercise specifically tailored with awesome music you will know and love, to BOOST you in whatever mood you are in. Our classic workouts are based on aerobics and dance, dance based combat, strength work and osteopath developed stretches.
Our fitness instructors love to BOOST and bring everyone together no matter our background, age or ability. We offer both face-to-face fitness classes and a complete online fitness solution with live online classes, replays, and on demand workouts.
Mind & Connection
We believe both your mind and body need to work together to achieve your goals. We support you to get back to you and to show up, as you are, where you are.
Physical and mental health are equally important to us and our classes are designed to BOOST both. Accessible for ALL in a safe, judgement free environment.
BOOSTfit is all about being our real, authentic selves. All of our instructors are very friendly, encouraging and approachable. We all have problems and issues in life, this is what makes us human and our unique community work together to support one another.
